In recent news, if you read Bleach 340, Ichigo finally gets his rematch with Ulquiorra, after his shameful defeat even with his hollow mask. It is now down to this, Ichigo takes his anger out of Ulquiorra, even with Ulquiorra cero, Ichigo can still block it in bankai form, but will it be strong enough even with hollow mask? :O.
The 'Kenpachi' Theory.
Zaraki kenpachi as we know, is one of the strongest characters in Bleach, ok not the strongest but hes still freaking strong. He uses an eyepatch that sucks his reitsu away, this is so he will be handicapped with his opponent, hoping for a longer and funny battle. He is basically a killing machine, kind of like a tractor running down wheats. He has some bells hooked onto his head, which brinrg his power down too. Oh I forgot the most important part, HE DOESNT HAVE BANKAI OR SHIKAI.
So the theory is, what if he gains bankai and releases his full form? My guesses is that it will be Armageddon x2. And better yet, hollow mask + his 2 hands, he will be like aizen except MORE awesome :D. That's the theory, only bleach-watchers can understand :). And.. thats all. Goodbye :D
